Thread regarding Solventum layoffs

Does anyone have an idea for how long people will continue being notified?

Good luck to us all.

I think that will depend on the labour laws of the country that you are working in. In some countries there are quite strong unions and the company will at first have to negotiate with the union, before they can layoff people.
I also assume that there will be several waves to this, with not all changes being implemented at this time.
So whether you are being layed off now or not, the level of uncertainty is quite high, either way.
With the SAP deployment ahead, given the current state of there organisation, the timing of the layoffs certainly doesn‘t help. I expect a bumpy ride for all of us.
The audacity of our leadership team to hide behind hollow phrases such as „people first“ is shameless. At least we have now gotten a glimpse of what is meant by the „solventum way“. Cudos to you, Bryan and your rat pack, for succeeding with this scam.

My guess is the one on ones keep going and have to be done before upcoming functional town hall meetings.

I wander about this as well. I just hope it's all over soon as the level of anxiety is so high around me.
