Have experienced many layoffs in my career. Never have I seen it being done in such cruel manner. Dragging things and emotionally torturing employees for months. I don't want to be employed by Cargill any longer. Absolutely disgusting!!!!

Glad folks now see it for what it is. You have now been red pilled.
It’s all about money, period. Safety First, People, DEI, etc. are all money/profit driven. I was retained but my eyes are open.
And drop the axe around holiday season. Pure cruelty.

I think the majority of it was done this week. However, I’m sure there will be some additional changes in the months to come, could be additional roles added or more cuts.
