Yes, consultants gave a recommendation to cull you, because we are not really capable of coming up with a layoffs plan on our own. Plus, it helps with what little conscience we still have. Yes, we threaten you with other companies having layoffs too, because we can’t come up with anything smarter to say, and god forbid we actually give you a reason to stay.” Because that’s what has actually been happening.

Weird company that’s all lies lies lies. My job has gone and being treated like sh1t pretending they don’t know why what when. They will crush and burn
Not to be contradictory but I have never met a single person who doesn't want more than they have, it's human nature, don't put cargill first because they will never feel the same way about you
