Yes, I’d recommend avoiding Intevac. It seems to lack a clear vision and strategy, and its compensation policies appear unbalanced. Employees deserve stability and fair treatment, but it seems the leadership prioritizes their own benefits over building a strong, supportive company culture.
Definitely avoid this company.
