Why is it that my bills that end up going to them do not get put in the system properly? Do insurance companies really hire the most incompetent people? Is it the mandate to try not to pay properly? Is surgery only worth $500 that doesn't seem to follow the 'normal and customary' fees, only what they feel they should pay. And when I ask for the document that shows the fees, they refuse to provide it? No wonder insurance companies are being scrutinized so much these days.
