The Field Executive Vice President Be Fired Next

A company that stands for DEI in the hiring process, also needs to remain consistent in it's firing process. You can't just fire low level rank and file employees. You have to fire people at the top of the food chain. When MoA fires people, they need to send a strong message and let Executives go at the top. They must be held accountable. Field Executive VPs are a classic example. They make $350K per year and their results the past three years is abysmal. 60% of sales goal. $4B in contract terminations. Sales and Asset Retention under them has failed. Most of these jokers just sit in their office all day. They do not work. Bark orders. Practice one sided communication. They don't say thank you and don't reward great service. MoA needs better Executive Field VPs that are engaged, competent, positive and will get results. If you got rid of them, the CHRO, the CEO, and Director of compensation, you could save $3M. Replace them with 15-20 great customer service people who will actually do work and save business. Stephen Rich and the Board need to practice DEI in the firing process and the beginning starts with getting rid of the real dead wood--The Field Executive Vice Presidents--the snakes of MoA. May God bless all of you in the new year--2025--the year of the SNAKES
