Having been an educator at Stevens-Henager, I had a hard time when the recruiters were being paid as much or more than the educators. Their attitude was that if it wasn't for them (The recruiters) we wouldn't have a job teaching, but wait, isn't it a school??? Hmmm? Priorities wrong? Probably and the idea of being a non-profit, I believe it was just a ploy to get more money in their The CEO and Owners) pockets. Trickery, they were still all about making money and targeting substandard students. I hated it when I was told that I couldn't grade a student appropriately for the work performed or submitted. By education, I am an engineer and have an MBA and MS in Cybersecurity, so when I required my students to really do the work and understand the topics being taught, I was chastised if the students received poor grades based on the level of work done.
