I've been here for over 4 years and have to say that the latest corporate management is by far the worst group of "professionals". The lead by intimidation. They publicly reprimand people. The leadership is shady. Let's make revenue look stronger by terminating people!

In business it is about the bottom line but there can also be a balance when an institution is truly student centered and knows how to provide the best educational training for outcomes that benefit the student by increasing their employment options, this is in fact why institutions are in business right? The CEO and his leadership team must not have learned this or forgot this a long time ago. Buying an established institution that knew what student centered meant and then tearing it apart probably is not sitting well with the investment group and it is all about making the dollar to save their own necks. Sad, very sad.
There was a time when our college cared about our students and people. Now it's all about the bottom line. To make revenues look stronger, they just lay people off and not replace them for a while and leave the rest of us to assume their responsibitliies
I agree to that!
"leadership is shady" - based on what? Every company has layoffs.
