Per our conversation, pursuant to the terms and conditions of your latest appointment letter which details that your appointment: 1) has been and is at-will, 2) the appointment is subject to termination at any time, and 3) the appointment is not a contract of guaranteed employment, this is to notify you that we will no longer be using your services as an instructor and your employment with the Zenith Education Group is terminated effective April 11, 2015. You remain eligible for rehire and may be considered for future appointments.
While your appointment has been subject to termination with or without cause and with or without notice and provided no enforceable obligation to renew or reschedule you, it is noted that the decision on your future appointments is related to current and ongoing staffing needs as well as staffing alignment to course and class dynamics.
