I worked on an account for the local gas&electric company for one of compucom's competitors. Compucom came in and the existing vendor dropped all 30 some desktop techs and hired 10 people directly from the outside world wit no real experience. I was re hired with compucom's staffing agency almost immediately. They have some great products including a special console for their service desk that allows for remote service of failed to boot devices via Intel vpro technology. But they have poor implementation, the server for the helpdes console is currently being fixed by an underpaid desktop tech who was making more with the competitor!
This is so typical for us
