Theyll tell you your all keeping your jobs just so everyone does not jump ship and screw up their bottom line before the buyout. once they get closer to the take over date youll see them letting people go. If your lucky to survive the take over, and make too much money, theyll make you quit by increasing your workload until you cant take it anymore. Then they`ll get some inexperienced moron that will do your job for 1/2 what they were paying you. Seen it many times. Not many companies care about their employees anymore, just the all mighty dollar.
