Well, now a layoff has started happening as of Monday 6/1/15 and a few other colleagues have also been released in cost-cutting measures even though they should be making aplenty. Had a great run while there and still a little mystified they did it at this time. If I had a suggestion for the company, start measuring talent and measure it correctly. They measure it the same way any old company does, guesswork and assumption. I can say that they should begin really using their "Talent Suite" to measure as some areas of the suite are good and fully capable.
