RVP of western India has been sacked since his inappropriate behavior with female employee...even heard female employee slapped him since he tried to be physical with her...its not layoff of his...but layoff is certain in px india....7% for sure

Praxair India announced 10% layoff by Jan 2016....including positions like RVP...one of the RVP ( typical indian gujrati/ ass kisser)in west territory has been ask to leave...healthcare has been close...terrible time aheade
Yes the CIO is surely next. Him and his gang of cohorts are getting chopped...FINALLY! All the white elephant projects and the kiss asses, he's a very smart guy but the organization turned very political. People just kissing ass and letting people go that are not in the "in-crowd". But that political stuff doesn't last for long. From vendor favoritism to vendors that would just invoice without any real accountability.....I recall one vendor invoicing you for the time they spent invoicing you....or the one that pretty much built their products on Praxair dollars while selling it to others. ....add the vendor who didn't really have a central office..all their staff worked full-time from home but they somehow got full passes with crappy software, code that never worked, but the invoices kept coming. Apparently the CEO / owner of the company is close friends with the CIO. I'll be surprised if they don't get audited.....shaping up to be an interesting situation. Add all the "director of XYZ".........where they were/are all just kiss asses. At some point the shit show had to be canned. About time some changes happened. Too many cliques and "insider" type cartels there. I recall when I was there they brought in this lady from GE who quite frankly was just BS-ing her way through the services organization...cleaned out the useful people and kept the ass kissers....last I heard the ass kissers are gone and she might be next too.....what a shame.
