Anyone has more details about cuts at the units listed above?

Otis Elevator is eliminating administrative support staff to centralize processes in Florida. Admin roles being restructured but uncertainly prevails. More work put on Sales and Supervisors. Claim is to target going paperless, yet they don't have resources to support the needs. Those transitioning or that have transitioned have said its all horrible in what they are doing. People leading the projects have an attitude that they just don't care about what you have to say. Too many mistakes being made by people that don't know the processes. Also, in trying to unify how things are done, overlooking things such as customers needs, Union requirements, and trying to force vendors to play by a new set of rules. Sorry - can't tell someone else how to run their business!
New hash tonight - Significant layoffs between today (20.01.2016) and Monday. Don't know target BUs, but info comes down the Carrier side.
Carrier made significant cuts in the days leading up to the last downturn and was lauded for it, so it wouldn't surprise to see this done based on the threat of another slow down in the next 2 qtrs.
Also, lots of eggs in the China basket, and with construction market drop there, Otis and other building units are exposed.
How about Sikorsky?
