The Michigan organization is really top heavy with office staff.
Why do they need their own accounting staff?
This could easily be sent to Houston or LA.
How many managers does it take to run a branch office?
Hopefully someone from LA will figure out how to get to Northern Michigan.
Once they do that they'll only need a few days to see how overstaffed this office is.
I hear you. He can't be worse than Martha Brock, the EH&S Manager at the Los Angeles Corporate office. I don't think it gets worse than her.
All in all, Breitburn has alot of jerks in upper management.
No, Patrick Seals the big joker and waste of money. He over spends like on projects that will never happen or work with small business. Our floor has more contractors than employees.

I agree. I'm in CA too. Most of staff is useless. Sad to say but it's the truth. Time to destroy and rebuild.
In CA all the contractors are gone half of our employees ar completely worthless, there has been little to no layoffs so these guys think they can still do as little as possible, it time to look at ourselves, get rid of these guys, they don't even try to fake it, but instead all we do is squeez the contractors out of business.
Without any exaggerating, I could fire a third of my coworkers and no one would notice.
Most people stayed with the company over the past years simply for the pay and generous bonus, but lets face it, the corporate office is full of egotistical managers who treat us all like crap!
Management is awful, especially that witch Martha.
They keep the contractors and fire the employees. Great strategy. Currently looking to get out.

They keep the bad let go of the good people talking about layoffs and yet have 15 trenergy people here doing what? Getting paid what? They have no interest in the real problem it's who you know and how much you kiss butt
The only way things will change is if oil goes back up, management hasn't done dick except hire more middle management and when would be a better time to trim the fat, it's all around us and nothing been done about it
