Yes they use contractors and roustabout/relief pumpers I did for years they preach keeping a certain number of work staff tried getting on but marathon offered

They offered early retirement based upon age and years of service- no layoffs. I don't have all of the details, but senior management states that layoffs aren't being considered at this point. Cimarex wasn't built like Devon or Chesapeake, so they aren't in a position where layoffs are necessary in order to keep investors happy.
Is this true?
