The food production in on the rise and I think that IB will be growing quite a bit and that there will be no layoffs - They always shift things around in the facilities and distribution centers, so reorg happen all the time ad BACHOCO but we'd see what happens if growth returns to the company - good luck and hopefully you will not have to go through job cuts
