The leadership here is so bad it's not even funny - they do not care and they are so self-absorbed and self-focused that you have to ask yourself a question - Do I really want to work for Comtech execs. The amount of red tape is nuts and it makes it super hard to accomplish anything meaningful.
Bureaucracy and paper pushers galore...
So, let's say you are set to make something happened now you have to navigate Comtech's superb maze of matrix reporting, disjointed offices and complex procedures...
Sr management is sales focused (you are OK if you sell a lot) and not concerned with the careers or growth of employees, also, they do not get what the employees do or have to go through in order to make things happened...
Now, layoffs... Ever since Comtech bought TCS, there has been a wide spread anxiety at all levels of employees. We had several rounds of large layoffs - the goal was to control cost (they also cut our benefits) - this was all happening during the time our President was doing a major capital spending on remodeling his lavish office.
This cannot continue and it's just a matter of time when all of this will crumble...
