The layoffs will never end, 2017 and they still continue. The greed of the owners Thomas H Lee, more money more money. I believe they have tasked upper management with cutting costs or we will cut you. However management is incompetent and only way they know how to cut costs is slash jobs and move them to Mexico or India. And why does Compucom Canada make up one fifth of yearly revenue. If this company operated as other North American businesses do, Canada contributes 400 million plus US portion should be 4 billion not 1.5 billion. Is to many chiefs and not enough indians in this company. It is a sinking ship and will go same way as the IT division of GE Capital down the drain.

Obviously disgruntled folks that were retired on active duty. Nice to sit back and collect a pay check then blame the management, but what did you contribute to make the company a better place while you worked in it. If compucom is a mess, then you were part of creating that mess. It did not arrive at this state because THL purchased the company, someone also wanted to sell it. Investment groups like THL buy companies to improve there performance and health and yes then sell them for a profit...exactly what any private or public shareholder wants.
CompuCom has sadly lost its way. Thomas H Lee has unrealistic growth targets with no plan to get there. They are now attempting to cut there way to growth. Unfortunately those cuts are being made to front line employees so ultimately customers will suffer and likely drag down sales further.
No plan, no leadership, no future. Be glad we're gone before they s--- the life out of what's left of the company.
