Both sad and funny as a customer. Called tam to escalate something, nothing. Called his boss, nothing, called three more individuals that I had worked with in the past, nothing. Finally one guy does call me back to let me know he is no longer there. So my entire contact list is gone and sg does not even bother contacting us, a million dollar hosting customer. This move seems like a drowning man cutting off their arms and legs to make themselves more buoyant and then being surprised when they sink to the bottom.

350 Globally, moving almost all of customer service/service delivery to Sungard AS employees in India and many other positions to a contractor in Costa Rica. Lost a ton of revenue in 2016 and did not do the new sales or existing growth/extensions to cover the losses. I would not be surprised if they don't go bankrupt or they are sold to the lowest bidder.
