There are multiple news posts that indicate that Gordmans will be declaring bankruptcy very soon. No detail on how the BK is going to be structured but this is more or less inevitable. The stock finished at an all time low and is rapidly approaching zero.
So, what will happen next? Aksarben Village will get decimated. Multiple stores will get closed. Workers will be laid off and careers will be destroyed. Not good!
Bankrupty filed, hopefully stores can remain open and employees will not be out of work.

Word from a credible source that does business with the company is that payments to vendors were delayed in February and appear to be suspended so far this month. If Gordman's is not paying their bills, it looks like the bankruptcy rumors are legitimate. "Not good!" is right!
