D&Z is currently laying off employees in the Greenville, SC office. Layoffs so far include the head of B&D, VP of Engineering, department heads, and many workers. I am sure they are laying off few enough people to just stay under the mandated public disclosure limit, but things are not good there and they are treating employees who have worked there for 10+ years terribly. Maybe they can blindly stumble their way back into contracts but this is a company you should seriously consider saying no to if you have an offer letter.

i always question companies that dont give advance notice or severances to long time employees, but then again it is a 2-way street.
