Memorial Hermann Hospital is undergoing major changes. CEO "quit" last week, executive level management was trimmed a couple of months ago and the information technology department underwent layoffs on 4/26/2017 with additional layoffs planned throughout the year and large scale restructuring taking place.

I predicted these layoffs hitting hospitals in 2016, this is what happens when a Republican takes office. The Potus signs bill making it necessary to have insurance to coverage. Millions of people drop their coverage while hospitals and healthcare facilities expanded to meet the needs of insurers. Now hospitals are out billions of dollars trying to make up for losses, on nee infrastructure. I also see solutions to this and hopes executives can see the same results before the next potus takes office.
It's all over the news right now, here are some:

Making money and laying people off.
How about reducing executive compensation first.
That would resolve most of the problems.
