I've never felt more rudderless at ECMC than I do now. What's the strategy? Where are we headed? Please tell me there is more to this place than signing up defaulted borrowers for loan rehabilitation. Who is our leader? When are we going to hear something?

Agree about Dan. Sad but true. He needs to move on too.
I used to like dan but he is worthless now too. Major dysfunction. Petty gossip. No real leadership.
The plan is to keep getting by week by week being content with being below average until the board of directors becomes competent enough to put tax payers first and act on the fact that all of the executives are Dog sh*t. Not a single one of those "leaders" would be so much as a director at a legitimate company.
