It was a very sad day for those eliminated and for the company as a whole. With unemployment at a national low, no shortage of qualified accounts and the staffing industry recording record growth, it's hard to understand what went wrong. In my opinion, the restructure that took place over the past two years came too top heavy and field directives didn't match up. While corporate personnel wanted to minimize competition among branches, the compensation structure was set up to encourage divisions among branches, markets and co-workers. It was a losing proposition and never found acceptance among the ranks. I hope the company will take some time to absorb the enormity of the losses and reflect on what could have been done differently. BE OPTIMISTIC. BE PASSIONATE. BE ACCOUNTABLE. BE RESPECTFUL. BE TRUE.
