Is Amy's Hallmark in Spartanburg, SC closing this year 2018? It is located in a dying shopping center and little to no customers the mall is on its last legs and the store needs to relocate back to the eastside of the city because the money and revivals of the old eastside shopping area has caused an increase in traffic to that side of the city. The west side is drying up as business are relocating to the eastside of the city. No one wants to come to the west side of the city because of traffic and other things on that side of town.
