This place doesn't know how to manage anybody. They say they have an open door policy but don't as their supervisor then goes to your manager and rats you out basically. The manager then gets really offended for talking to your supervisor. There stock is going down for a reason. They bought servers off of EBAY a while back and they caught on fire. Luckily they didn't burn that place to the ground. They want techs that are 100% perfect and don't want techs that use their mind and actually show initiative by researching issues on google. They then "quiz" you if they feel like you are not 100% perfect. If you don't meet their minimum number of questions that they ask you on a weekly basis by putting you on the spot then they will release you. This is the only place in my entire IT career where I have been let go by any company. They had repeatedly every 6 months posted the same position.
