Compucom is a big pile of Sh*T and should be ashamed of how they treat employees.

As mentioned, the pay is ludicrous, benefits are even more of a joke. All the while we are left to read how well the company is doing and how excited we should be to welcome yet another CEO or other upper management. No pay raises in 7+ years? Insurance premiums that go up constantly, management that couldn't care less about morale or working conditions. Now we have a mysterious "1 year contract" that no one knows the details of? I could teach a smoke signal tutorial with all the steam being blown up our asses.

To all employed - I too used to work with CC supporting GE...7 years in fact. I was terrified to go out in the real work. You all know what I was an easy job, pay was barely decent, but it was work.

Trust your skills and get out there pounding the pavement looking for new work. 6 months out of CC and I was the happiest I could be. There is great talent waiting to employ you.

Remember BPO/Outsourcing companies are only as good as the contracts they secure. Once the contracts dry up, so do your jobs.

Good luck to you all, and enjoys the glorious sinking of the HMS titGEtanic
