Their revenue recognition issues that delayed Q417 earnings are real and definitely skirt the line of what is acceptable and common business practice. Laying off substantial amounts of sales and channels with no mention in the press is yet another example of the culture of dishonesty that will only be eradicated with meaningful board realignment. Frankly, the board of A10 should all be replaced, inlcuding the Chairmen who needs a replacement by the SEC. Once they lost to Broadcom this company should have been sold for parts.
