This was about six months ago and affected long time Russell Brands employees. It was a big blow for the local economy of Alexander City as we are still suffering from the latest down turn. Also, Russell Athletic is not the only one that was laying off at this time so things were even more hard. I hope they will never organize layoffs again and if they do I hope they have good severance payments for anyone who is affected.
I know that I may be foolish, but I really hope all of this is over.
