Laid off today. There will be more over the next few years. Poor business model, lack of process, lack of communication, bad spending, and top-heavy infrastructure finally caught up. Shouldn't be surprised. All I ever heard over the years was complaints about the service.

Place is falling apart. They have a new CEO (Oak Thorne) who's known for polishing up businesses and selling them off. They laid off 60 % of their workforce today due to Covid 19. They applied for the CARES protection after the fact, so they can get that nice juicy infusion money and kick good people to the curb. Thanks Gogo for taking good care of me in my greatest time of need. Hope you crash with the rest of the airline industry!
