Sent employees to work from home (telecommuter) – then they laid them off.
Clients are leaving, not good.
Enlarged executive egos, rude and arrogant.
No regard for the worker, minimal communication from the top.
Top heavy, layer upon layer of managers, etc.
Layoff upon layoff. It will not stop.
I was told I am being “terminated from my position” due to downsizing company with just an email sent out on a Friday letting me know there’s a 30 mins meeting on Monday for I to call in. Monday came I called & was told my last day is a month and 2 weeks from now. Their reasons was insufficient & does not make any sense. And I totally agreed w/everyone above who made comments regarding they’re letting an experience worker go to hire cheaper no background in the field they’re hiring for to lower the cost? I know I was wrongfully terminated. I need justice.
Conifer laid off in August and rehired staff that applied for same positions. Not sure I understand that concept. Why lay off?? Management only want numbers. Work can be wrong as long as you have numbers. Won’t last long operating that way.

So true they are hiring from retail market. Directors & managers have no medical flied experience & then use verbiage for lay offs is due to be more efficient. How can it be more efficient to lay of those who are more efficient than them? Saw it coming over 2 years ago. It will only get worse.
Senior leadership is OPs oriented - once the National Dir of Clinical Services departed the ACO HAS NO LEADERSHIP and no legs. The investors need to look within Tenet AVP’s there’s no such thing as professionalism here any longer - what a shame.
This information is true! Senior leaders don't know what they are doing. Conifer had potential but now it's all going to hell.
