Volt laid off 80+ employees in August 2018. Read their SEC filings. Some of the laid off employees replaced ... what’s really going on with this ever failing company? Not to mention President Rhona Driggs is set to leave in November....

Many of those 80+ were not replaced. In addition Sales and Recruiting commission plans changed to a less long term relationship/incentivized model, and price increases to many clients without warning.
