In case somebody missed it, more than 200 people are being laid off in Southfield. This is a great present to all the loyal employees from the company just ahead of holidays. Really classy.

I was also let go by Concentrix in December of 2018......It's a business, they are in business to make money. If that means buying out your competitor and then laying off all high paying tech workers and sending those jobs to India, then that's what you do....I did not buy any of there there "opportunity BS" been around the block a few times.
Concentrix did it again. February 21st, 2019. Laid off more Technology jobs, mostly those over 60. Guess they have no value for experience. Beware anyone left who is over 60 years old, your probably next to go. All those jobs moved to India.
Corporate America at its worst. Concentrix said it would not be a bloodbath, nothing would happen until 2019, and they said there would be opportunities. All lies...it was a bloodbath, it happened 3 weeks before Christmas 2018, ruining many people’s holidays. The lay-offs were handled very unprofessionally. I agree with all the comments. This company could not care less about their employees.
They just termed over 200 people (high paying jobs, not call center agents) from the Convergys buyout, this is after the CEO came out and said the merger will present many opportunities for existing employees. We were led to believe this merger was a good thing...funny how all the execs get golden parachutes but the peons get crumbs....A bait and switch here.
