WM has always been a slave to Wall Street. This layoff musical chairs c-ap has been going on since the early '90s. They have always been one of the very worst companies to work for when it comes to job security and endless change, and not for the better. They are ultimate " turn' um and burn 'um" corporation.

I left in 2013, so things may have changed.
At WM, there was always anxiety about job security.
Seemed like a round of layoffs happens every quarter. Always wonder whether you'll have a job tomorrow. If employee engagement is truly something you want to achieve, you can't have managers telling people they're filling in 5's on their surveys just so they don't have to have more meetings on it.
