We think the CEO of Capella and the President needs to go! When Steve Shank was in control, there was a sense of stability. We CORE faculty often have second jobs to survive as we cannot live on the salaries we receive. Kevin Gilligan, you earn about 2.5 million dollars a year, and you have a dam bachelor's degree in business! You need to go, and the faculty deserves higher wages.
