Deluxe Corp. buys up smaller, finanically distressed companies, treats their employees like crap, then closes their facility and takes the work away. They champion themselves as marketers for small businesses, when actually they have a history of closing companies and taking jobs from local economies.

Deluxe has been failing steadily for the past ten years. Closing plants and layoffs on a regular basis. Personal checks are dead. Unfortunately the tunnel visioned, corn pone leadership hacks in corporate headquarters ruined every new acquisition and new product launch with their lack of understanding of anything that wasn't related to outdated printing of personal checks . They tried to apply the same dinosaur manufacturing model to everything new and failed every time.
