@ Enough Already, I do agree with you but all those greivances pile up and what happens. They violated the contract in the past and we go and argue...they say they won't do it again. Blah Blah Blah, the greivance procedure is just something for the union to do so they can go back to the membership and tell them they are doing something. Lets face it, we're not Central Hudson...they don't care. They called the hotline, interviewed everyone on more than one occasion and the worst offenders are still here----------
