Thread regarding Dynegy Inc. layoffs

I saw brothers laid off today to offset the company's cost because we're so broke...but meanwhile the plant was loaded with contractors...nothing like adding insult to injury. If were broke then fine, this is how the game is played as bad as it may be. But are these contractors SO talented that our own people cannot learn to do what they're doing so they can maintain an income? Then to babysit a guy while he empties his locker and pretty much escort him out of the building after you have ripped his heart out has got to be the icing on the cake. Some of us are mature enough to understand the situation but at least do it with some tact!
