Good thing 'lil liz got the bathroom ready for Hail Petey, dont think he'd be able to get up on the big boy potty without the 'lil helper seat. I'm sure They have a checksheet all made up to ensure there's enough toilet paper in the stall--i'm sure wiping his ass is the only worthwhile thing he puts on paper while on the site.
