Thread regarding Dynegy Inc. layoffs

I'm deep in debt up to my eyeballs. My love for flashy cars and gadgets and my mansion up on a hill have got me where I am. I'm paying child support to two women that I had one-night-stands with. I'm going to declare myself a corporation, 'Underdog corp'. I will start 3 subsidiaries of myself Underco, Dogco and UnderdogHoldco. I will transfer the ownership of all my assets to Underco. My paychecks will be the property of Dogco. Finally all my debts and my financial obligations from my past misadventures (like the said one night stands) will be transferred to UnderdogHoldco which will promptly file for bankruptcy. Please judge don't call it FRAUD, apparently it's legal as per Dynegy lawyers.
