Capella took another big hit recently when it laid off 65 more workers. This time a large team of marketers were gutted to make space for a new marketing team. The strategy of the university is undefined and the lack of leadership and direction have taken a huge nosedive. I don't think the vision of the University is being practiced or held by leadership anymore. Greed has gotten in the way and unfortunately the school is suffering an identity crisis which does not serve students, staff or administration well.
