If the plan was to try to be different and innovate Capella went the wrong way. The cut people based on tenure. I happened to be lucky to not be impacted but all I have to say to them now is if you want what you've always had then keep the people that have been there the longest. They will be the ones to help you go far KG- the people who are complacent and change resistant.
