Fight in court to not pay $500 million and lose $3 million a year, or walk away. PSEG doesn't want plants that lose money, so hoping that they are your savior is naive. Central Hudson says the plants are needed, too late the ISO already said they are not.
Interesting that you have an impressive resume "thanks to Dynegy". It wasn't Dynegy, it was the bosses you bash here, it was Pizza Pizza, the guy who gave you hope that you say lied to you, it was the guys who turned the Yard around to be the most functional group on the property, and the guys who used "Pie" (you ass) to run the plants better. Reality is right around the corner and instead of saying how you've been screwed you should look the man in the eye, shake his hand, and say thank you. He's the reason that you have an impressive resume.
