We all have a co-worker...or two...or maybe even three or more, that like to chit chat and make small talk with management. Well NOW is not the time!!! TELL THEM TO SHUT THE F*** UP AND STAY AWAY FROM THEM...SOLIDARITY!!! EVERYTHING you say is repeated, your opinion or feelings are tallied up to calculate the Supporters vs the Opposers. 99% of the horseshit you hear is nothing less than propaganda that some shrewd little lawyer or Union-busting consultant has passed along, via your direct management, and WANTS YOU TO HEAR IT!!! These people dot their "i"s and cross their "t"s, nothing "leaked" or shared via e-mails nor messenger is anything less than a strategy. Throw away your past relationships, throw away your "ehhh, he's a good guy" interpretations and WAKE UP!!! Even if that person DOES like you they are still going to throw you under the bus with EVERYONE else because there isn't any favorites list in this shit!!!
