...that Dynegy rewards ignorance..look at Newburgh. You have Tomway who is promoted through the ranks, kind of like the illiterate who graduates High School, a guy with a personnel file full of ethics violations, no qualifications beyond a good enough diploma and the ability to harass women. Then you have T. Piggs, a moonlighting Meter maid who was one of three guys incharge of pushing coal in piles, now in charge of the lab, a guy who could barely make a pot of coffee and construct a three word sentence is now incharge of boiler chemistry and discharge to the river. The third member of Team Tomtard, a 20 year veteran who cant run the unit and is in charge of GRASS!! and the union makes too much!
