Wow, I wonder if the potential buyers would like to see the mess they may be stepping in to. Is there a "Lemon Law" for power plants cuz somebody would sure love to know about this little annual occurence. Thanks to all of the HEROES who ran to their rescue too...let's see if they rescue YOU when YOUR house is in foreclosure or you have to yank your kids out of college!
