Thread regarding Dynegy Inc. layoffs

If everybody from Danskammer doesn't get what they agreed to and voted for on our "execution contract" then what we all need to do is devise...

If everybody from Danskammer doesn't get what they agreed to and voted for on our "execution contract" then what we all need to do is devise a class-action suit against the union and Dynegy. The union has no right to renegotiate terms that we all voted on and signed. Has anybody even received a ratified copy of the contract? All I know is the union has had no problem sucking that $16.92 out of our check every week but can't even give a courtesy call or email regarding the status of our severance package. Make no mistake about it...the WARN we received was courtesy of our state labor laws, not the union or Dynegy. Dynegy played around and got what they deserved regarding a mass layoff without adequate notice. WARN is not a bargaining chip and Dynegy and the union cannot be using it to their benefit. This has to be the worst communication I have ever seen from this hall...makes me wonder if there isn't something to hide.
