11K employees, pretty big pool of resources. Nothing major on the layoff side, but there were two waves of layoffs in 2006 and I believe 2009/2010. In general QT is stable but still layoffs happen all the time. Both times they said it was reorg or something like that, but still, a layoff is a layoff.
