Thread regarding ServiceMaster layoffs

ServiceMaster is a far better company now than in the past

The new ServiceMaster has leaders who promote individuals based on performance. The old ServiceMaster promoted cronies who attended the same church in Wheaton, IL and were given the keys to run the company and they ran it into the ground. One particular person was short on ideas, short on intelligence and come to think of it, he was just short himself. So hats off to the new leadership, I wish you much success.

I agree that the company is in much better hands today. In the past, promotions were not given on performance but who would suck up too CWP and Carlos. That's was lead to poor leadership like Oxley, Keith, and others who were so weak that they would have never been named VP in another company.

Robb was the biggest brown nose and was as short in his management skills as he was in size. A real jerk who would have ever had a job but he did mow Pollards grass.
